Quick tip: for Canon 100-400L

on March 27 | in Inspire | by | with No Comments

This is a quick tip for all the people out there shooting Canon and especially the ones who use the 100-400L lens. I still see a lot of people handling the lens like in the picture shown above. This may result in pictures slightly out of focus. If you hold the lens this way you it’s possible that you accidentally turn the focus ring while taking pictures. Your camera is on auto focus and just before you push the shutter you touch the focus ring and put it out of focus. So the right spot to hold the 100-400 is further to the end of the lens where you only touch the zoom ring and leave the focus ring alone. Happy shooting!
